UK Mainland delivery is free on all orders.

 

 

 

UK Offshore, Northern Ireland & Ireland deliveries carry a £30 surcharge for mattress orders and £10 for pillow and sheet orders.

 

 

 

Germany and Holland Deliveries carry a £35 surcharge for mattress orders and £10 for pillow and sheet orders.

Delivery Conditions

 

 

 

All goods must be signed for and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery and no claims for damages can be made after 24hour after receiving your item. A signature will constitute acceptance of the goods received. Once delivered to yourself in the procedure accepted, you will be responsible for the care of your goods.



  

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us immediately and we will either replace the goods at no extra charge or offer a refund.

 

 

 

In accordance with 'Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations' and 'The Sale Of Goods Act' any mattress order may be cancelled up to 7 working days from the day after goods have been delivered so long as they have not been opened out of the vacuum seal and/or slept on. We will provide you with new packaging. Mammoth Sport Ltd will refund the total value of the order less our mandatory £50 returns fee.

 

 

 

If you have ordered the wrong size and we have to redeliver a new mattress as well as collect the old one there will be a £50 fee to cover all our costs.



 

 

 

 

Terms & Conditions applicable to Mammoth Promotional Voucher Codes

 

 

 

 

Mammoth promotional voucher codes can only be redeemed at www.mammothsport.com website or directly over the phone at Mammoth Sport Ltd.

The promotional vouchers must be registered at the time of purchase by entering code and clicking on 'REDEEM' at checkout or by calling 0845 838 7757. Only one promotional code per transaction. The promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional code. Promotional voucher codes have no cash value. No change given. Can only be used against mattress purchases

and delivery charges may apply (please see our shipping terms and conditions).

Promotional voucher codes cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to orders already placed with us. Please refer to your promotional voucher code for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions. Mammoth Sport Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any promotional voucher codes at anytime.



 

 

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE PRIZE DRAW TO WIN A MAMMOTH SPORTS MATTRESS AT THE BODY POWER SHOW

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

 

 

 

1. This prize draw (the ‘Promotion’) is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of (a) the Promoter; (b) Mammoth Sport Ltd; or

 

 

 

(c) any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion (including the prize), as well as their relatives or members of their family or households.

 

 

 

2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be

 

 

 

bound by these terms and conditions.

 

 

 

3. Entrants enter by submitting their details by SMS by sending their full name, address and email address and the words ‘MAMMOTH EXPO’ to 88802. Each SMS costs the callers’ standard network rates.

 

 

 

4. Only one entry will be accepted per person, postal address and mobile.

 

 

 

5. The closing time/date for the Promotion is 23.59 pm on 22^nd May, 2011.

 

 

 

6. There will be one Winner only. Please note that the prize is the mattress only and does not include a bed base.

 

 

 

7. The winner will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all

 

 

 

eligible entries, to be held on Monday, 30^th May, 2011. The winner will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by any winner to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter’s email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.

 

 

 

8. Each can choose any of the following sized 20 cm deep mattresses from the Mammoth Elite Sport Mattress range, to fit their current bed base: (a) single (size 90 cm W x 190 cm L (b) double (size: 135 cm W x 190 cm L); (c) king (size: 150 cm W x 200 cm L); or (d) superking (size: 180 cm W x 200 cm L).

 

 

 

9. Prizes will be shipped to winners to a UK address only, within 21 days of acceptance of the prize. Shipping is free and will take place on a weekday (Monday to Friday) selected by the Promoter’s courier in its sole discretion Winners will receive prior notice of delivery. Prizes will be shipped to the first point under cover at the winner’s address (this may be the winner’s hallway). Winners ordering a king or superking sized mattress must provide (or arrange for the provision of) reasonable assistance to the courier in unloading the mattress.

 

 

 

10. There are no substitute prizes. The prize is not transferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. A list of winners will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.

 

 

 

11. Entrants agree that the Promoter may use the name and/or likeness of each winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of each winner’s name and photograph in M&F and FLEX magazines and/or www.muscle-fitness.co.uk and www.flexonline.co.uk as well as the associated Facebook pages. By entering the competition entrants agree to accept to receive promotions and offers by the Promoter and Mammoth Sport Ltd.
